We have 24/7 security, CCTV cameras in common areas, a secure entry system, and management that lives on-premises. Your safety is our top priority.

What are the entry/exit timings?

Entry is allowed until 10:00 PM on weekdays and 10:30 PM on weekends. Late entry requires prior notice to management. Please refer to our House Rules page for full details.

Male visitors (family members) are allowed only in the common reception area during visiting hours (10 AM – 7 PM). No male visitors are allowed in room areas.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. A security deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent is required at the time of joining.
