House Rules

Simple rules that help us keep Royal Nestoria safe, clean, and happy for everyone.

These rules exist to ensure every resident feels safe, respected, and at home. We ask all residents to read and agree to these rules before joining. Management reserves the right to take action in case of violations.

Entry & Exit

Entry gate closes at 10:00 PM on weekdays and 10:30 PM on weekends.
Late entry (after closing time) requires prior notice to management via WhatsApp.
Residents must carry their ID card at all times for entry.
Guests must sign in at the reception and are not permitted beyond the common area.

Visitors

Female visitors are welcome in common areas between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Male visitors (family only) are allowed in the reception area between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
No visitors are allowed in room areas under any circumstances.
Overnight guests are strictly not permitted.

Food & Kitchen

Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
Dinner is served between 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM.
Cooking in rooms is strictly not allowed.
The common kitchen is available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM for personal use.
Please clean up after using the common kitchen.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

Residents are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and tidy.
Common areas are cleaned daily by housekeeping. Please cooperate.
Report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
Do not stick posters or nails on walls without permission.
Garbage must be disposed of in designated bins only.

Noise & Conduct

Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of others.
Music and media must be played at low volume or with headphones after 10:00 PM.
Respectful conduct towards all residents, staff, and management is mandatory.
Any form of harassment or misconduct will result in immediate termination of stay.

Safety & Security

CCTV cameras are installed in all common areas for your safety.
Do not share your room key or access code with anyone.
Report any suspicious activity to management immediately.
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Candles, incense sticks, and open flames are not allowed in rooms.

Payments & Notice

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. A grace period of 5 days is allowed.
Late payment beyond the grace period attracts a penalty of ₹200 per day.
A 30-day written notice is required before vacating.
Security deposit is refunded within 7 working days after clearance of dues.
